Shipping & Delivery

MiravoPrints watches and wall clocks are made to order. Estimated delivery equals production time plus shipping time.

Production Time

  • Personalized watches: generally 5–7 business days.
  • Personalized wall clocks: generally 5–7 business days.
  • Complex orders, quality rechecks, peak seasons, and holidays may add time.

Shipping After Production

  • United States: 7–12 business days.
  • Canada: 7–15 business days.
  • Europe: 7–15 business days.
  • Australia/New Zealand: 7–15 business days.
  • Other destinations: 10–20 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Carriers, customs, weather, security checks, remote areas, and seasonal volume may cause delays.

Tracking

When available, tracking is emailed after shipment and may take several business days to show its first scan. Multi-item orders may arrive separately.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete, accurate address. Once production or shipping begins, changes may not be possible. Orders misdelivered because of customer-provided information may require reshipping or replacement charges.

Customs and Delivery Issues

International customers are responsible for applicable import taxes, duties, brokerage, and local fees unless checkout states otherwise. For delivery or damage issues, check the delivery area and carrier, report promptly, and retain packaging.
