Return Policy
MiravoPrints watches and wall clocks are generally made to order and may include customer-selected personalization. We therefore do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or customer ordering errors. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
Contact Window
Contact us within 30 days after recorded delivery. Include the order number, description, clear photos of the product, issue, packaging, and label, and your preferred resolution. Do not return an item unless instructed.
Eligible Issues
- Item arrives damaged, broken, materially defective, or non-functional.
- Item materially differs from its description or confirmed personalization.
- Wrong product, design, size, color, or personalization due to our error.
- An included item or component is missing.
Not Returnable
- Customer errors in spelling, date, photo, message, address, model, color, or size.
- Unsuitable customer-provided images when the issue existed in the supplied file.
- Minor variations caused by screens, material, printing, lighting, or manufacturing.
- Change of mind or personal taste.
- Damage after delivery from misuse, impact, moisture, heat, incorrect installation or battery placement, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow instructions.
- Normal wear to straps, batteries, finishes, and consumable parts.
Troubleshooting
Before approving a non-functional claim, we may ask you to install a new specified battery, confirm polarity, remove protective tabs, check that hands are not touching, and send a short video. Batteries may not be included unless stated on the product page.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Contact us within 30 days after delivery for a covered issue. Depending on evidence and circumstances, approved resolutions may include a replacement, component, partial refund, or full refund. Do not return an item unless instructed.
Covered Issues
- Product arrives broken, cracked, materially damaged, or defective.
- Movement fails after reasonable troubleshooting with a new specified battery.
- Hands are detached, severely bent, obstructed, or cannot move due to manufacturing defect.
- Design or personalization materially differs from confirmed details.
- Wrong product, model, size, color, or quantity due to our error.
- An included component is missing or the carrier confirms loss in transit.
Not Covered
- Claims submitted after 30 days.
- Customer errors in personalization, address, model, size, or color.
- Change of mind or minor made-to-order variations.
- Damage caused by impact, moisture, heat, unsuitable batteries, incorrect installation, forced hands, improper mounting, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Battery depletion, straps, and consumable wear unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- Theft or loss after recorded delivery, unless law requires otherwise.
Submit a Claim
- Email support@miravoprints.com with the order number and purchaser email.
- Describe the issue and when discovered.
- Attach full-product, close-up, packaging, and shipping-label photos.
- For movement issues, provide a short video and battery/troubleshooting details.
- Keep the product and packaging until resolution.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Card providers commonly require up to 10 business days; PayPal and similar providers commonly require 3–5 business days. Actual timing is controlled by the provider.
Replacements
Replacements use original specifications unless confirmed otherwise. Production and shipping estimates are similar to new orders. A replacement does not create a new refund window for unrelated preference issues, but confirmed replacement defects remain covered.
