What lengths do runners come in?

Four sizes from 20" x 60" to 35" x 106". For hallways, leave 4–6 inches of floor showing along each side; sizing tips are in the runner size guide.

Are runners suitable for kitchens?

Yes — the flat washable face and non-slip backing are why kitchen and hallway runs are their natural habitat. Drips wipe off with a damp cloth; see the kitchen collection.

Will a runner stay put in a busy hallway?

How long does delivery take?

Every rug is printed to order. Orders of $75 or more ship free and arrive in 2–10 business days; under $75, shipping is $6.99 and delivery runs 8–16 business days.

What is the return policy?

Damage and defects are covered for 30 days. Contact support and we email a prepaid return label; returns go back by mail. Details on the refund policy page.
