Cancellation & Modification Policy
Because products are made to order, personalization and production may begin soon after purchase.
Two-Hour Window
Email support@miravoprints.com within 2 hours of ordering to request cancellation or changes to personalization, product, size, color, quantity, or address. Include the order number and exact change.
No guarantee: We will make a reasonable effort, but even requests within two hours cannot be guaranteed if design review, production, or fulfillment has begun.
After Production Begins
Once locked, approved, or sent to production, an order normally cannot be canceled or modified. Personalized products cannot be restocked or resold. Additional charges may apply if a change remains technically possible.
Customer Responsibility
- Check names, dates, messages, capitalization, punctuation, photos, model/size, and address before checkout.
- Personalization may be reproduced exactly as submitted.
- If we request clarification, production may pause until you respond.
- Proofs are supplied only when the product page or order process states one is included.
